Why do we do it?

• CIE Leadership Team is committed to developing the next generation of CIE leaders to continue to advance the CIE mission

• The Mentoring Circle provides a forum for targeted personal mentoring to those who are passionate about the CIE community and interested in leadership roles at CIE 

• We use this platform to develop “trainers” who later become “mentors”
